Enrico Vassallo Joins ECCO Safety Group

Enrico Vassallo has previously held many executive senior positions including CEO of e-Bus Division of Hybrid Kinetics Group and CEO and Executive Director of the Board of Optare Plc., one of the global leaders in the Electrical Bus industry in the UK. He successively held positions of; President of Latin America Country at FPT Industrial (CNH Industrial group), Iveco Irisbus (CNH Industrial group), General Manager of Irisbus Italia and Sales and Marketing Director of Africa and Middle East. Mr. Vassallo has also been Director of the Board of Temsa AS, a bus designing and manufacturing company subordinate to Sabanci Holding.

With his profound insight into the bus industry and his vast experience in business administration, Enrico has successfully restructured businesses to fully integrate them into the parent business. Enrico graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Genoa and has excellent command of multi languages including Italian, English, French and Portuguese.
